About Us
ProctoWeb – an informational resource about surgery, created by doctors and for doctors.
The main goal of the ProctoWeb.ru project is to provide the most complete and unbiased representation of basic and the most up-to-date professional information for doctors. On our portal, you can find opinions and advice from specialists of all leading coloproctology clinics in the country – beyond politics, beyond competition – from hemorrhoidectomy to pelvic evisceration, from the genetics of colorectal cancer to the necessity of sitz baths.
We create unique news, select the best domestic and foreign articles, publish videos of surgeries — from the most standard procedures for beginner surgeons to unique ones performed by only a few specialists — and hold original events.
The platform is open to all speakers and listeners without exception. Our task is to give every specialist in the field of surgery, oncology, coloproctology, and related specialties the opportunity to express themselves and share their opinion.
The project was created by Mikhail Agapov, Daniil Markaryan, and Tatyana Garmanova with the support of the UroWeb.ru informational project in April 2020.
At present, more than 6000 doctors from all corners of our country are already using our project. We have conducted more than 100 webinars on coloproctology, surgery, and oncology, including those accredited with CME points. On our portal, you can watch more than 300 video recordings of various surgical interventions, read more than 400 articles, visit our library containing the most important publications for practicing surgeons, ask a Mentor a question, and much more.
Over the course of the project, its lecturers and friends have included Eduard Gallyamov, Badma Bashankaev, Denis Davidovich, Konstantin Korshunov, Vitaly Groshilin, Vladimir Tolstykh, Mikhail Cherepenin, Liana Aminova, Roman Ishchenko, Alexey Semenkov, Ekaterina Syomina, and many others.
